Returns and Cancellations:

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns. We do accept cancellations on a limited basis. Customers may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase or before the order has been processed. Please note that once an order has been processed we are unable to change shipping addresses or cancel the order.

Processing time:

We ship within 48 hours Monday-Saturday.

Missing or Damaged Packages:

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and include photos of the damaged products. If a package is returned or rejected due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment postage.

Shipment Delays :

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping duplicate orders due to carrier delays or for refunds resulting from delays by carriers as these are both beyond our control.
